
I finally broke down and decided to give keto a try. I wasn’t far off of it to begin with because outside of pasta I’m not a big one for carbs. It is a big change for me though to incorporate so much fat! It’s been tough I’m not gonna lie.
I have needed to find a great recipe for a late afternoon snack because I am starving by the time I get home from work. So a little help from Google and fat bombs were suggested. I took the best parts of a few recipes and created my own! The best part is there are only a few ingredients, no baking, and they can be whipped up so fast! No excuses! Here is what you need!

Dark Chocolate Chocolate Chip Fat Bomb
1c. Sugar free nut butter of your choice
2/3c. Unsweetened cocoa powder
4Tbsp Swerve sugar free sweetener
1/2c. Sugar free chocolate chips
2 Tbsp Coconut oil
In a large mixer blend until well combined scoop into 1in. balls on a parchment lined sheet and refrigerate.

1/4c. Coconut oil
1c. Almond flower
1/4tsp. Salt
1/4tsp. Vanilla
2 Tbsp Swerve sugar free sweetener
1/2c. Sugar free chocolate chips
