
You heard me, keto pancakes!! I was shocked at how light and fluffy these delicious pancakes are! Just a handful of ingredients, and quick cooking, these are great for a keto breakfast treat!

I have been craving some things that are not keto friendly and breakfast foods like pancakes were on the list! Every now and then I want to make a big tasty breakfast, and with these pancakes now I can!

Here is what you need for perfect keto pancakes! 🥞
4oz. Cream cheese
4 large eggs
1tsp vanilla
2 tsp. Baking powder
1 1/4c. Almond flower
1 Tbsp. Swerve sugar substitute
In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients until blended smooth.
Preheat a nonstick pan on the stove, pour pancake mix into the pan to the desired size. I made ours a little bigger with about 3/4c. batter per pancake. It made 5 big pancakes for us.
Heat until bubbles on top pop and stay open on the surface. Flip and cook through. Repeat for all of the batter.
Top with sugar free syrup or sugar free chocolate chips, and Enjoy!
