Keto Flatbread

We all miss our bread on the keto diet. Sometimes I crave it and I finally found a way to have it! You will love this easy, inexpensive keto-friendly Flatbread! Great for pizza, cheese sticks, or fold-over sandwiches made gyro style! Give it a try!

Here is what you’ll need:

2c. Mozzarella cheese shredded

3 Tbsp. Cream Cheese

1c. Almond flour

1 tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 350°F

In a large pot over medium heat melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together stirring continuously. Add the almond flour and salt and stir vigorously until it forms a sticky dough.

Sprinkle working surface with almond flour turn dough out onto the cou ter. Roll into 1/4inch thickness, and place on baking sheet or pizza stone.

Bake for 20min. Until golden brown. Top with your favorite flavors and enjoy!
